As an entrepreneur, CEO, athlete, and family man, I knew I needed a better way to balance all the moving parts of my life. Over the past 20 years, I’ve immersed myself in the best books and tools, listened to experts, and explored countless life systems. Through that journey, I began to design and refine a system that actually worked—simple, practical, and built around one core idea:

Get the recurring thoughts and mental clutter out of your head and organize them in a way that makes them easy to recall when needed.
This approach gave me the space to think about the bigger picture—what I truly wanted my life to look like. After testing and refining what worked for me, I realized something: this could work for others too.
I’m on a mission to help people simplify their day-to-day while living with more clarity and intention. Because when you know where you are, you can decide where you want to go.
There’s no doubt—we’re living in a time of more choices, more information, and more noise than ever before. And without a system to manage it all, it’s easy to get overwhelmed and stuck at the starting line.
Once you start to clear space in your mind, something shifts. You start to notice what really matters. What you want to give your energy to. What you’re ready to let go of.
That’s what The Skogen Project is all about: creating space for clarity, for intention, for the life you actually want to live. It’s not just a tool. It’s a way to pause, reflect, and reconnect—with yourself and the world around you.
The word skogen is of Scandinavian origin, meaning “the forest.” For me, with Scandinavian roots, that name holds deeper significance. In a world where it’s all too easy to get lost in the details, Skogen is a reminder to step back and see the bigger picture.
Just as a forest is more than the sum of its trees, our lives are more than an endless stream of tasks and thoughts. The Skogen Project was created to help people take back control and gain clarity on what truly matters—so they can finally see the forest for the trees.
Our hope is that Skogen becomes more than just a part of your daily routine. That it becomes a companion on your path—one that helps you feel a little more grounded, a little more intentional, and a lot more aligned on what matters most to you.
You’re here because you’ve made a choice to live more intentionally. That matters.
So let’s get started.
